964 Wide Body Turbo Cabriolet

This Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet is one of only six worldwide. Three of these vehicles went to Germany; two went to Great Britain and one to Australia. It was built to Australian Specifications to comply with all the relevant Australian Design Rules relating to this type of vehicle. The vehicle is commonly known as a 964 Wide Body Turbo Cabriolet and was fitted with a 3.3 Litre engine. The Motor has been factory enhanced (390 horse power). Fitted with a bigger Gearbox and Diff. with 3.6 Running Gear. These six vehicles had the Turbo engines installed by hand at Zuffenhausen, but this type of vehicle was never produced on the production line. 5 speed, less than 12000km, as new, recent concourse winner.
